Telkugon is the champion of the shark princess, a hulking sharkfolk willing to fight to the death for his mistresses honor and political gain. He can also be well spoken enough at court, knowing all the ins and outs of duels.
This version of him has a powerful amulet that should allow him to crush his opposition. If the PC's manage to remove it somehow (hopefully they do), use this version.
